RETURN POLICY
You may return any perch if you contact us within 10 days of the date it was
shipped for your money back. You must return the perch in an unused
condition. We will not reimburse the original shipping charges and the
customer must pay for the return shipping. Once the perch arrives back to
us, and we verify that it is unused, we will send you a check for the cost of
the perch. This goes for multiple perch orders as well.
Perch wrap is non-refundable.
PAYMENT POLICY
You may pay for your order either by sending a check/money order via mail, or
you may pay by credit card, bank account, or account funds
through PayPal. (If you are unfamiliar with PayPal, please visit PayPal.com
for more information. It is a free service that allows you to send money
online). Please make checks payable to Tony Grosso.

* Through PayPal, you can send payments from money that exists in your
PayPal account or bank account, or you can have your credit card charged (You can transfer money
into your PayPal account from your bank account or send funds directly from your
bank account for free). PayPal only charges
the person receiving the money (the seller) if the sender (the buyer) uses his
credit card. Sending money to the seller from funds that are in the buyers
PayPal account is free.
SHIPPING INFORMATION
Shipping Service
Orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS). The type of
USPS service used will depend on the weight of your order and will be displayed
to you when checking out. Your order
will be shipped out either when payment is received, or when your perch(es) are
built, if we do not currently have the perch(es) you have ordered on hand.
Typically, perches will be built within 1-3 days from the order date if we do
not have your perch(es) on hand. They will be sent out immediately after
being built.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on order weight and your zip code. For
domestic (USA) orders, your shipping cost will automatically be calculated.
For international orders, our customer service will calculate the international
shipping costs. International customers should submit their order with all
desired products and order options specified, and we will send you an invoice for
your order when the international shipping cost is calculated.
Shipping Insurance
We are not
responsible for packages lost by the USPS. We will provide proof of shipping
for any order and work with the USPS to find the status of a lost package.
We have never had a package lost by the USPS, but unfortunately, this is always
a possibility. For this reason, shipping insurance is available. Shipping
insurance prices will vary based on order cost. If you have shipping insurance
on a package, the USPS will be held responsible for any lost package. When
placing your order, simply check the
shipping insurance option to insure your package.

How long does the perch wrap last?
This depends on your parrot and how you use your perch:

| Generally, if your parrot does not pick at the wrap, the wrap will last
for a very long time. Most parrots do not tend to pick at it.
Some people have said that they never need to change their wrap, and
others have changed it after a few months. Typically the wrap will
last as long as you want it to, only needing to be changed for color
variety or for a cleaner look. |

Generally, if your parrot does not pick at the wrap, the
wrap will last for a very long time. Most parrots do not tend to
pick at it. People typically change the wrap every few months for a
cleaner look, as water in the shower will wear at the wrap. If you
do not mind the "worn" look, however, the wrap will continue to
provide a safe and comfortable grip without being changed.

Can I use my perch/stand without perch wrap?
Yes, but we suggest you use perch wrap. Perch wrap
provides a safe and comfortable grip for your parrot. This is
especially important for shower perches. An unwrapped perch/stand will
work, but the surface is more slippery and not as comfortable for your
parrot. Would you rather stand barefoot on concrete, or on a carpeted
floor? Shipping is free with any perch/stand purchase.
Why can't I use my credit card?
We only accept Paypal payments and check payments in order to
keep costs low. Accepting credit card payments would increase our cost of
doing business, and we would have to raise prices. We DO accept credit
card payments through Paypal. Signing up with Paypal and putting a credit
card on file is very safe and easy and will allow a customer to use his/her
